Requirements for Contractors Registration

  1. Evidence of Incorporation CAC
  2. Memorandum and Article of Association (Name of Directors of the company with their addresses and corresponding shares).
  3. Name of Company’s key Personnel with copies of their CVS and Professional registration with Professional Bodies.
  4. Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) for the recent 3-years.
  5. Professional and Technical qualifications of personnel required to carry out the procurement.
  6. Evidence of Previous Experience Project, Programme and Service executed with the Kano State Government or any other Government Agency National/International.
  7. Evidence of Company’s Financial Capability from the Bank/Company Audited Account.
  8. List of Equipment and other relevant infrastructure (To be verified).
  9. Evidence of Sworn Court affidavit from High of Justice testifying on the under-listed items:
    1. The company is not in receivership subject of any form of insolvency or bankruptcy.
    2. The company has obligation with regards to payment of taxes, pensions and social security.
    3. No Director of the company has been convicted in any country for criminal offences relating to fund or financial impropriety or criminal misrepresentation or falsification of facts relating to any matter.
  10. Evidence of registration with Special Control Unit against Money Laundering (SCUML) EFCC
  11. Evidence of Business Premises License.
  12. Evidence of Compliance Certificates with NSITF
  13. Evidence of Compliance Certificates with ITF
  14. Evidence of Compliance Certificates with PENCOM
  15. Evidence of Registration with Professional Body as consultants (for Consultancy)

All payments are to be made at the designated Single Revenue Account attached above. Only a duplicate copy of the payment teller and a receipt from the Kano Internal

Revenue Service will be submitted to the Bureau for verification. The contract License will be issued subject to scrutiny of the company profile forwarded to the Bureau.

 

All Contract Licenses issued are valid from January to December
